Default Fog Light delete

Hi all, v6 owner here.

I'm going to be getting a new front bumper for my car. Some one hit me in a parking lot, wasn't to bad bit there's a bunch of scratches and a couple gouges in the bumper. Since the gt take off bumpers are so much cheaper I'll probably go this route. The only thing is I don't want to be driving around looking like a gt, I'm missing about 100 hp[&:]. So, are there any grills around with out the fogs that fit the gt?

you find one let me know. I love the look of the lower GT fascia but don't want the fogs. So far there is nothign really besides a billett grill. I'm looking for something with black honeycomb like the OEM one but fits the GT bumper and has no fogs. (a tri bar pony instead of the running one would be cool too).

At first I thought this was the 4.6 V8 forum, then when I saw that pic, I realized that this is the v6 forum too!

If you want to sell your V6 grill let me know. I'm planning on fabricating a GT grill using the V6 grill as a doner grill to go no fogs (going no pony as well on first prototype) ...just let me know. ty, Jim

To Wally: No I'm a guy.
To Ren : I agree too.
To Fly: ? It's a girl... Any way I posted here since I'm asking about a V8 part.
To Fairlane: I might end up doing the same thing as you plan on, I imagine it shouldn't be to hard to find a unused v6 grill.

The mounting tabs on the V6 grill are in different locations than those of the GT grill. I've been looking into this for quite awhile now... still no solution other than finding where this guy had his grill fabricated

Exactly, that is why I will fab a V6 grill (sans pony) into a GT grill shell.

Are you going to change the way is mounts to the GT bumper cover? (something I've been considering as of late...) I watched V6 owners buying GT take-offs on eBay, then hit them (the buyers) up for thier V6 grills.
