Whatever happened to the plenum cover group buy?
A few weeks ago, we had a thread that had several of us wanting plenum covers and someone was trying to set up a group buy. Did I miss out or what? I still want a chrome one, but not necessarily a BBK one. Comments?

I WAS interested in it but it never happened so I went ahead and ordered mine a couple of weeks ago.

I didn't know about a group buy myself. I ordered one in redfire with silver ribs, and will put a silver pony on the top of it.
Don't think it will trap much heat, they aren't metal but a 'high heat composite material' according to their web site http://www.midwestautogear.com/05_GT_Cover.htm

Ive been wondering if they trap heat, too. Especially chrome ones. I hear chrome really holds the heat. But I bet there are still many of us that would buy one on a good group buy. Will someone get this started, pleez.[sm=goodidea.gif]
