Default Throttle Surging?

Tonight I was leaving work and my car kept surging back and forth like I was feathering the gas pedal. After I lifted off the throttle it stopped. Its not the first time its happened to me but it has been awhile since the last occurance. Only thing I have is the Borla stingers which I installed this weekend. Is the computer trying to reset or adjust itself. Please advise.

Default RE: Throttle Surging?

Try these in order:

1- Turn the ignition to the ON position where the dashboard warning lights illuminate(DO NOT start the engine), wait until the chime stops and everything stabilizes(5-10 sec.), press the accelerator pedal to the floor in a smooth motion while counting 1-2-3(DO NOT jab it to the floor), release the pedal quickly, turn the ignition to the OFF position and wait 5 seconds, turn on the engine and drive.

2- If no luck with 1, then disconnect and reconnect the battery's negative cable.

3- If no luck with 2, then have the dealer check it out.
