Bassani. Save yourself the trouble of leaks and gasket problems, etc. Go with a good quality fitted LT header that you know has had some R&D spent on it. This is why Bassani released theirs later than everyone else. JBAs probably arent bad either.

Fastshadow, I ordered a Bassani X-pipe from RPM outlet that came with two bungs in it. They were not pictured like that anywhere but, according to Bassani, the bungs were supposed to have been put there on a "select few" pieces for dynotuners to be able to place a/f sensors. The problem is they DIDN"T EVEN INCLUDE THE BUNGS! After calling Bassani they sent me two of them that were made from common steel, NOT 304 STAINLESS. Talk about a weak link in the system. Who buys a 304 grade part to have holes put in it to be filled with common steel? I sent the piece back and a replacement without bungs is on the way but it cost me $30 extra for shipping the original part back.
You say Bassani has taken the most time to R&D their product but I can tell you Borla has only just come to market with their long tubes wekks ago. Who do you think makes stainless exhaust parts for Steeda, Ford Racing, and Saleen? They're not newbies by any means.

I can't comment on the Bassinis for the 4.6 L, but I have seen them for the old 5.0. They weren't bad, but their welds weren't that great IMHO. The JBAs and the Dynatechs definatley have better welding. They fit OK on the 5.0 though...

Well, i must say you are the first i have heard any negativity on the bassanis. That sucks though, ive never had any problems with them, nor has anyone i know, except for you that is. I think they are great and well built. Steeda isnt exactly the highest revered brand name nor if frpp (they are great brands dont get me wrong). So i wouldnt be too surprised if borla did make their products. One thing is for sure, Bassani makes Bassani.

your feedback is irrelevent.
i ordered my tokico d-specs 5 minutes ago! brakes im checking on monday because jordan's shop has an account with powerslot for bmws and whatever else they work on and i might be able to get them half price or so...
btw, the bassani "long tubes" are listed as "mid length" in the item description next to the "buy" button. is that a typo you think? because the main description clearly states long tube..[&:]
