Default LT Headers

Im about to pull the trigger on some LT headers. Havent heard much about the American Racing LTs with cats and x pipe set up. Has anyone installed, dynoed, had problems with? Any info and advise are needed. Thanks!

I've never heard of them. But the popular brands for the new GTs are Dynatech, Kooks, JBA, Stainless works. There all good but all expensive. Expect to spend 1200 big ones or better for a header/mid-pipe set-up. And before they are even brought up shorties are usless on these cars. The stock manifolds are flow pretty well and aftermarket shorties just don't improve on those #s by much for what they cost, at least from all the dyno charts I've seen. Try the search option and it should bring up plenty of threads discussing LT headers.

For longtubes we carry several brands, but I must say the nicest ones will be Kooks or Stainless Works, hell even SLP makes really high quality headers now. I would suggest Kooks, we are also having a sale on them. $1200 Shipped for the Off-Road version and $1420 Shipped for the catted version. Feel free to browse around our site to see pictures and read more.

+1 on the Kooks. I have them with the Cat'd x-pipe and stock mufflers. Plenty load when you're in it. But pretty quiet when just riding.

Any word on the BBK LT headers. They are only $399.00, but I am scared that you get what you pay for...
