Just like changing the oil.. Give the car about 4-5" lift on one side with a floor jack.. once you scoot under it, all the bolts are up in the driveline hump, so you have lots of working room with minimal issues.. Seriously a 10-15 min install..

Good info here guys, it seems www.dagostinoracing.com has a good deal on the hurst shifter. My question is, is it worth upgrading to the billet model for the extra 40 bucks. Also does the billet unit feel any different than the regular shifter? Notchier, stiffer, etc? Thanks
