There really isn't anything to answer. You need the car retuned for the new air flow.

Have you tried returning it back to stock and loading the program again.

I had the same problem and I unhooked the battery and let the computer reset. Worth a try

Did you remember to plug the Mass Air Flow sensor wire back on? (voice of experience)

Try the battery, but this usually only works if the car just has the intake. You will probably need to reinstall the tune too.

Not only make sure it's plugged in but as I remember it is directional too meaning there's only one way it will work properly.

everything is kool now, i put the old intake back on im just gonna wait til i have my headers installed n at the same time ill throw on the JLT n just have it dyno tuned again, waste of money to do it now then again in a month. hopefully i see somewhere around 320rwhp next time on the dyno, the numbers in my sig are only with a CAI and tune.....

Didn't the vendor selling you the JLT tell you you needed a new tune? These cars are very sensitive to changes and need a tune for an aweful lot. As a rule of thumb, if you change the amount of air going into the engine, you need a new tune... Hawg has the right answer... everyone else assumed you put a new tune on with the JLT...

I'm wondering why you changed out the MMR? Didn't you like it?
I would think that 320rwhp is very do-able..
