Default shifters

from what ive gathered so far the hurst short throw is the best out of the shifters availible for our new mustangs. do the others, either the pro 50 of the steeda tri ax, or any others, allow you to keep the same shift ****. id like to keep everything looking as is but with a shorter throw. thanks

I might be mistaken but I saw a TON of people in these forums saying that Hurst wasn't that special in terms of performance, but was a great nostalgia/appearance mod. I thought the Pro 50 was the most popular for effective short throws.

I intend to get a shifter someday, but will have t-handle put on it afterwards much like the hurst's....might even be a hurst handle, lol!
