Sounds like a fairly good idea, except you'd have to really trust that friend of yours... and either both cars will be out of comission (depending if you kept your old mufflers) or one car would send the other... plus shipping generally kills people.

I'm waiting for some of the sunroof adders to post here... There are several MF members who added sun roofs.

Well, humor aside, you guys might want to check out these links I found during my recent searches on this subject:

http://www.hrsunroofs.com/sunroofs.htm

http://www.sure-fit.com/

http://www.webastoshowroom.com/ford_..._2005_311L.htm

Of course, since this is a big mod, I couldn't find a price for the units, nor the installation. It'll take calling up and getting an estimate on the work and all. Can't be too-too expensive, but can't be cheap, either. Those are nice sunroof kits!

You can get an aftermarket sunroof installed. I dunno bout where you are, but around here....in Champaign, IL, there a place where you can buy one and get it installed for about 800 bucks. Bad part about it is that out of all the sunroofs they carry, only one brand fits the stang, so if you ain't willin to spend 800 smackers, you're out of luck.

$800 is really cheap for a sunroof install. I think all the members that had them installed around here payed over $1000.
Here are some links to previous threads about sunroofs. Hope this helps.
