I would imagine it would be very close.
Most of the CAIs are extremely close in performance.
The main variable is going to be how well the tuner (that is the PERSON writing the tune program) knows the CAI. One of the main reasons why the C&L and JLT CAIs get such good numbers is becasue they are very well known and supported by tuning shops.
...however, it could be odd to tune for. If I remember right, the Granatelli CAI has a specially programmed MAF sensor (so you can use it without a tune). However that also means that if you then want to tune it, you'd need a special program that takes this into account. I don't know who (if anyone) has the expertise to do that. It might be no problem--or it might be a headache.
I'd stick with the C&L or JLT.
