RE: another header question
It depends what you mean by void. If the problem you're having is directly caused by the LT headers, then yes. It wont be covered by warranty. But it doesnt void the warranty on your engine or anything else for that matter. It only really voids the warranty on the exhaust. As for emissions, you just might be able to pass smog with cats, but probably not.

RE: another header question
I disagree with the emissions part. My friend has the same LT's as me. I went with him to his immissions test and he past without problem. I have not taken mine yet but I expect no problems. I think it depends on where you live. Some states have a very elaborate test with codes and computer plug ins and some states like mine just place a tube in the tail pipe for a certain amount of seconds while they run the car up to a certain rpm.
Each state is not the same although most test. There are a few I think that dont test at all. I thought i heard that some place.

RE: another header question
Exactly, there are many different kinds of emissions tests. Different areas have different tests, if any.
The 3 most common:
Visual inspection: You will probably pass. After all, you DO have cats on your car. You will only fail this if you get a very **** inspector that also just so happens to know that your LTs are not smog legal.
Tailpipe "sniffer" test: You will pass this. I have done it in my car with Dynatech longtubes & highflow cats. No sweat.
OBD-II (computer) scan: You will pass this as well, assuming that your cats work well enough that you are using your rear set of O2 sensors. I am not sure how this affects those that "turn off" their rear pair of O2 sensors.
