??????? Not following ALaS either....that's besides the point. On this subject....is it possible to mount the mufflers before the axle? I thought the reason for them being at the tail end of the car was due to the underpan(in other words, there's no space to place mufflers in front of axle). Yes, this is America and you can mount your mufflers and decorate your pony as you please....of course in good and respectful taste.....besides anyone who drives a Mustang can't be all bad...although some people push that honor of Mustang ownership.[sm=bangbang.gif]

Someone did this actually.. they bought the Bullit mufflers that are long and skinny and custom fabbed them in right before the axles and ran pipe all the way to the back It was just a recent post too, might try looking back a few pages
