Default Will I need to Reprogram?

I've ordered a K&N cold air intake and Magnaflow axel back exhaust as my first mods. Will this change be a drastic enough differance that I'll have to reprogram or will the computer be able to adjust for the new add ons? Also will there be any mpg differance? Thanks for the info

I understand that the Kn filter doesn't need one because of the intake tubing isn't bigger than the stock one that comes with your car. The axlebacks aren't required a new tune.

You can expect to see maybe 1 or 2 extra MPG's depending on your right foot.

The K&N can be used without a tune or with, depends on if you remove the air restrictor or not.

Is that due to the CAI or the axle back?

CAI will net the mpg increase. I suggest the SCT tuner from Fred @ Evolution performance. It will greatly increase the car's driveability fun factor. There are other tuners mentioned on this forum; my only experience is with Fred.
