Do a search. Cold air intakes and throttle bodies have been discussed a zillion times....

Bottom line: Intake + Tuner should be your #1 mod. Expect 20-30 HP and an ear-to-ear grin on your face. Get a package deal from Brenspeed, Evolution, or Bamachips. I suggest the C&L Intake + SCT-II tuner.

Throttle bodies are not worth it. The HP gains are small, if any, and they are notorious for screwing up your throttle response and idle. According to several forum regulars they are nothing but a headache. Hit the search and you can read the horror stories for yourself.

not entirely true... lots of folks have had issues with aftermarket TBs... but some folks have gotten significant gains out of the new TB. I can't explain it myself, (my TB wouldn't fit with my SC)... but it is still fact....

The T-body is only worth 9hp and I have heard it gives you power gains off the start but hurts your top end somehow.

Go CAI+tune that will get you a gain of 20+ HP, then I would go new gears, then UDPs, maybe a short shifter.

As for me with the mods in my sig

SAE Rating --- HP-281 Trq-299 not bad for an 85 degree and very humid day"
