LOL..... I hear you there. I have been on the site four times since this initial post and each time I have emptied my cart. I just feel something is wrong. I may end up buying a set before the end of the week though.

I have no gripes with Lethal Performance at all. I have bought from them in the past, and their service was always good.

Anyway, the picture on Granatelli / Lethal's web site looks EXACTLY like the Dynatech LT, even down to some very small details. Even the description seems to be ripped from Dynatech. For example:

"PowerCat" is Dynatech's trademark for their high-flow cats and it appears in the Granatelli description.
Both Dynatech and Granatelli claim "54% more flow than stock"

....it seems odd that these terms/specs would be identical from two different companies.

Perhaps Granatelli copied the Dynatechs? Or perhaps the two companies have some sort of deal or partnership going on? Or maybe someone in "marketing" somewhere decided to rip the photos and info from Dynatech and used it for the Granatellis?

On the other hand, if you go to Blow By Racing (http://www.blowbyracing.com/bbr-gm-eh0507.html) their product image looks totally different.

Yeah this is what I am worried about. They are listed as mid length on some website and LT on others. I am afraid I wont see the same gains if they are not true LTs.

I also wonder if they will work with the K membrace I have.

EDIT: As a matter of fact they show to be mid length on the Blow By Racing site.

Well my wife got me some info on these headers.

1st Lethal Performace said it was just for the headers (No mid pipe). When asked why the website said it had cats and showed a pic with everything they just said the website was wrong.

Lethal then said they would call Granatelli.

So a few hours later they called back and said these headers are not even released yet. It seemed design wasnt even finalized.......

They also mentioned they are Mid length and bolt to the existing H pipe.

So the image and disciption are WAY off.

So Now I am back to looking for a header setup that will not break the bank. Anyone have any suggestions as to what the cheapest header will run me.

Just my personal opinion but I woudn't buy dog food from GMS. There are people who praise them but many others with extremely bad experiences. Just search around. Usually the old saying 'you get what you pay for' is correct.

OK, now this makes sense. $600 for a set of stainless "mid length" sounds a bit more in line with what's typical.

Someone somewere obviously took the Dynatech photo and suggested that was the Granatelli setup.

Just a quick update. These things don't even exist on the Lethal Performance site anymore.

Also, the ones on the Blow By Racing site are Mid-length headers and are not the same as the ones that *were* listed on Lethal Performance. Here is a link to the Granatelli site with the same product as was listed on the Lethal Performance site. It sounds like these may not actually be available yet, but there is a significant difference in the design from the ones on Blow By's site. These are long-tubes, not mid-length.
