Default COMMON!

Okay. I have a CAI and tune already. Do pulleys make a difference. I know people say 10 horses on the dyno. But lets be honest, Can you FEEL a difference with them on?

Default RE: Another pully question

Most of the people I know who have them have said they definitely make a difference on the old "butt dyno". 10 HP plus your engine is spinning a little more freely. They are definitely on my list of next mods.

Some say yes, some no. I noticed it right away BUT you get used to the little extra kick then you forget its there after a while. Its still there non the less, whether subtle or not. Sorta like you dont appreciate your cai as much until you switch back to stock and you REALLY know how much you cai helped.

In my opinion nice little boost for very little cash. FYI-----STEEDA

Good luck

SOoo funny, I thought that was your car in your sig until I saw it on a advertisment...

You will gain 10 rwhp with Pulley's. There's no adverse effect of them on the motor. I had zero issues with them on my car for almost 2 yrs. The ONLY concern with them is installation. IF someone sets it with an impact or continues to tighten it when the pulley is set 100%, chances are they'll screw up the threads in the crank. The only way to fix that is to tear the motor down and install a new crank. Just follow the directions and don't overkill it. You'll enjoy the extra HP. As someone mentioned before, you'll forget soon of the new found power. That's called getting a taste of more power and developing an addiction to it.
