I had the Corsa axle back and X pipe put on my GT about 2 weeks ago. It was abou $1000 including labor to put it on. It's a bit deeper than stock at an idle, but once step on it and get over 3000rpm it gets real throaty.
What do you mean "deeper than stock at idle" I thought the corsa's were real mild until you got on it?

CORSA's do sound better at idle than stock, no doubt. Quiet at cruise and dynomite at WOT.

Thanks!!! Now about extra HP, should I expect anything with X pipes and the corsa performance exhaust? Also another newbie question, what does WOT mean [&:]?

I have the Borlas, look and sound great. The drone was noticable at first, but you got used to it, and the other overall sound is worth it. I get positive comments ALL the time. E-bay price around $400 plus shipping. Mine have Ford Racing stamped on them. Easy install if you have a helper to line them up. Just saves time from scooting in and out from under the car as you get the tips centered coming our the rear cut-outs.
Agreed on all points. I was worried about the drone before i put them on but I love 'em. The drone isn't that bad. I get compliments all the time. And the sound they make at startup is pure sex.

I have the Magnaflow 4 inch Cat-Back (Magnapaks). But I do also, have the Kooks L/Ts and Catted X, and lemme tell ya, it sounds mean. Loud at start and idle, regular driving its loud, a little drone on the highway, but its loud and mean at WOT!

X-pipes can give you +5 & up HP,unless you go off-road, not sure of the performance gains on those.
Mufflers are for sound only, no real HP gain there even though there are claims otherwise.

Johnnie D,
You have NO drone with the Pypes mufflers?
Like the look of them myself.
Currently have FRPP GTA's on mine. No drone with them either, could be a bit louder, but will work for now.
