2. your intake (maybe, you don't say what it is)
3. your tune (is it a can tune, or custom?)
4. all cars are a little different
5. your location and how the numbers were corrected
6. people don't list all the little mods like plugs, wires, ignitions, lubricants, etc. (you may not have all the facts)

MusicCityGT: This was in another thread. Don't know how many of these threads you read, but thought it might interest you since you just purchased the Comp Cams. Maybe you could contact them and be one of their R&D vehicles. To me, it would be worth the phone call to find out. Tell them you'll pay for dyno time and send them the graphs or something. Here's a link...

I'm paying $950 to get mine installed... The springs really boosted up the price of the install, sucks.
Dropping my baby off tomorrow and get her back Friday evening hopefully.

Yea, fortunately I don't have to pay labor. The 3v springs are very difficult to get to. The keepers are especially tough. Have to get them in and out with a long thin magnet. The locks drop lower into the new retainers so you have to compress them a lot farther than the factory springs to get them in. On the bottom vavle, rear drivers side, I had to use a mirror to see to get the locks in. Give me a 2v cam and spring swap anyday. They are a breeze compared to this! Anyway, Just have to put everything back together and hit the key in the morning. I blasted and reshot the valve covers with Redfire Imron and 3 coats of clear. They had started to peel a little in a couple of areas. This time I shot them with Variprime self etching primer before the paint went on. Have to wait for them to cure overnight.
Well, it is finally done. FREAKIN SWEET! I dropped the idle in my Dynotune a tad and it has a really nice lope to it. You can feel it when you are sittining in the drivers seat. It'll rock you to sleep.
Unfortunately, it has been raining all morning, so I really could not get on to much. The tires just break loose everytime I jump it a little. I don't have the vid cam with me, but I will post vid and dyno sheets after the dyno session saturday.
Kudos to Brenspeed. Brent and Dave are awesome and answered any question I had at any point during the install. You guys are awesome!
