Best Throttle Body
I've been looking for a TB for a while. I'm stuck on buying
BBK's - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BBK-2...spagenameZWDVW or
Granatelli's - http://www.v8power.com/item--Granate...MSTB0507B.html
I'm leanings for in Granatelli's though.

Unfortunately it's been shown time and time again that TBs are not increasing enough power (if any in most cases) to justify the asking price. The stock TB provides enough air where an aftermarket one just looks nicer. Use the money at get some UDPs.

RE: Best Throttle Body
keep the stock..
Unless you have Headers, CMCV deletes, high flow or o/r x pipe, cai, & cams then its not worth it.
Once you get into ported heads and aftermarket cams a decent gain can be seen. and from what I have heard all the Aftermarket TBs are made at the same facility.
I would take the cheaper bbk one.
I'm hoping when the fast manifold is released a single blade TB is released as well

How about Porting your stock TB?
How about Porting your stock TB?
to port it properly, you will need custom plates cut for the increased size.
You could most likely get away with smoothing the casting and polishing it, long as you stay away from where the plates touch
(otherwise it won't seal and it will not idle properly)
