well, I got my car back from the dealer. The code for PO463 was indeed the fuel sender sensor. It was replaced...I have not refilled the car since it was replaced yet though, once I do that then I will see if that was truly the cause of the issue. Since the last fix attempt by Ford was techron and a new tank of gas by Chevron...that worked once it dropped below 3/4 full. Then once i filled it ...code city...so I had to put back in my stock tune and stock airbox (per dealer) because the lean codes etc for the CAI.....so I did....it threw code again....but since then they replaced the $13.49 sensor and $24, sender with 5 hours of labor (Drop the tank etc according to Ford) of course I dont care how much in labor or parts as it is all warranty anyhow. just to update all....I will fill up tomorrow and advise if there are any changes....
