Default Tranny problem

I noticed a small leak of fluid wnder the car right behind the k member of the frame and thought it was air condition but when I looked closer it was red tranny fluid.I called the ford service dept and they said it could be an over flow so I wiped it and left it until the morning and now the puddle is 8 in around. Im a little pissed cause none of the dealerships in my area will look at my car until jan 2nd. Holidays suck!!! Have any of you 07 guys had this issue yet. M y car only has 760 miles on it.[:@]

Now I am going to have to go look under my car that has been sitting for 2 weeks. Oh well, another excuse to go visit her. Winter storage sucks, LOL.

What ever you do do not let them tell you it probably is overfilled from the factory because that is BS. I carried mine in 3 times for that leak the third time they fixed it right. It would start leaking after a hard workout each time and I would have to bring it back. Here is a copy of the work order that fixed the problem over a year ago.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I was told that exact thing. They said it was a drain tube leak. I have another appointment with the service manager to fix the problem. I worked her last night and will watch for a leak. I just hate having to take my CAI and tune out everytime I have an appointment. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]

Make sure you carry a copy of my work order because it seemed to me that they were avoiding fixing that part. The second time they fixed a solonoid valve which did not work it was a pain having to keep carrying it back. Then having to clean all the little pieces of rubber shavings out of the wheel wells before the service call.
