Wow.... you just managed to turn this thread from "Manual v. Auto" to.... "Manual with 20 inch wheels vs. Automatic with 18 inch wheels"....lol.... Vic, I refuse to get into this one. I love my manual, respect people with autos, love my 20" wheels and give props to those with 18's. Why in the world did you bump this thread???? Please, let it DIE!!![8D]

 

Yeah, easy on the "40+" dissing bro- at 57 I may be old enough to be your daddy (maybe even grand-daddy?), but I've always worked out regularly at the gym and practiced martial arts for the past 30 years, and every March when spring rolls around, my favorite sport is wiping the court with the 16 & 17 year-old high school jocks I play tennis with and sending them home panting in exhaustion with their puppy tails between their legs.

P.S. Sorry if that sounded like a rant, but you'll understand just what I mean when YOU reach the Big Four O and still feel almost exactly the same as when you were 20, and the next generation of kids think of YOU as a "geezer"....[sm=sigh.gif]

BTW, I prefer an auto tranny cause I like it much better in traffic, not cause I'm too weak & feeble to shift gears..........
