hurst problems?

If your having some problems, double check your connections, and us plenty of locktite, I used a gel that seems to have worked real well after 3 weeks or so.

My research tells me that feeling a little driveline torqueing through the shifter is normal on these cars. The hurst does seem to transmit it more than the stock one.
Thanks for your input, i believe that is correct, also I will probably go back and use some locktite when i can get it up on a lift

I don't know if it's always been this way or not, but I feel a knock when coasting and breaking. I have checked for loose bolts and used Loctite from the beginning. I can be driving and coming to a light and have my hand on the sifter and if everything isn't quite smooth enough I can feel a slight knocking when braking. Do you guys think this is torque from the tranny buckling up through the sifter, like your talking about.

hmm my hurst is really tight. Its real tight and hard to put in gear.
