Default turbo system

hi guys, i just have a few questions for everyone...

im very interested in the turbonetics turbo system for the 2005 gt and i need to know what ill need to do to my car to make sure i dont blow anything.

i know im going to need forged rods and pistons. how much hp can the stock rods, pistons and crank take? also new spark plugs. now some people are telling me to get new brakes and a new suspension buti dont have the cash for that. is it necessary?
also with the turbonetics system if you look at where the turbo is placed, the piping going back to the engine passes over the turbo, wont this heat up the forced air going into the engine that the intercooler is cooling down? also how much hp can the clutch and shifter take. will those need to be purchased as well?

just trying to make sure if i do this i do it right.

thanks.
