Default IM GETTIN PIZZED!

I need some knowlegeable input. Had a stage 3 cam install a few months back along with a throttle body(BBK). This last week I keep getting a check engine light if I go WOT. I plug the predator in and the codes I keep getting are either INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER STUCK OPEN or INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER STUCK CLOSED. Tonight I got on it and the codes were as previously mentioned plus RANDOM MISFIRE and MISFIRE ON STARTUP (FIRST 1000 REVOLUTIONS. When the check engine light goes on, the car runs like Sh*t and has no throttle. I clear those codes and the car runs fine again until I go WOT, then CEL and I'm pizzed again. What does the misfire thing mean? Do I have a bad plug?.....Bad gas?......WTF. And how about the intake manifold runner thing. Im gettin a vortech with charge cooler in 2 weeks and I'm having second thoughts now since the car is doing this SH. Input is appreciated.

whatever happened to you checking into the charge motion plates?

and if you continue throwing codes, i don't see why you haven't taken your car to ford yet.

Will ford the dealer know anything since I do have aftermarket cams and a bunch of other mods. I cant put hte thing back to stock for the dealer.

depends on the dealer. some people have gotten away with more mods than you have after taking it to the dealer.

i would see about doing the deletes however you'll need a new tune after you install them.

the codes are throwing the car into limp mode. You need to get it checked out by a dealer or take it back to the people that did the installation. The CMCV with tune might help but I would not count on it.

I would get rid of the CMCVs and see if it goes away. It sounds to me that the CMCV actuator is not working properly or in mis aligned and they are getting stuck, which stuck closed at WOT would cause a misfire and major issues as they would limit the airflow a huge amount
