Default Throttle Body Question

Is replacing the throttle body really worth the money? It is said that it increases throttle response as well as rwhp, but the question is if its a noticable difference. I was considering a GMS throttle body but the thing is i found one for 450 dollars. Im not sure if it is worth it though...... suggestions?

$95 through Steeda. I've heard plenty of people post messages saying it makes a good difference. IMHO, not much money to spend to get a few more horsies.

The stock throttle body is perfect. DO NOT REPLACE IT. Please use the search and read the many threads on this.

If you must buy one, which is a total waste, buy a BIG bottle of Advil to go with it. Not just flapping my gums. Been there, done that. The only one that gets even mixed reviews is the BBK.

even if you had money to burn and just wanted it for the look , DON'T DO IT. they throw codes and cause more trouble than they are worth. even if you fix the codes they just happen again in a few months.
