Default Minor details

Hi all i have a couple questions about CAI and tunes. I have a stock, 5 speed,07' GT.I know some of you veterans on this site get a little ticked off with thesame questions over and over. Im gonna go with the C&L CAI with a tune. (ive done my homework)

From what I have read you install your CAI and then plug your tune into the car and re-flash your computer to help the car.
Is it this easy? I understandHOW the tune helps the car but what i dont understand is how to use it.I read somewhere that you have to download tunes off the internet and pay for it before you can even tune your car. What is that all about? So basically what are theMINOR details when it comes to installing my new CAI with a tune?

I ordered from Brenspeed which I recommend. Install is very easy, Brenspeed gives very detailed instructions. He also is very good about new tunes. We tried 3 different 91 octane tunes for my car before we got it right. Gas here in AZ sucks. I think Im actually runnin a 89 tune.

it is as easy as it sounds, install the intake, then reflash the car... with the ecu tuner..... and yes you can download more tunes from other people out there, usually, the tuner will guide you through each step...
