Default Dealership Question

Anybody ever heard this before, that if you don't have repairs done at a dealership the parts that are replaced will no longer be covered by waranty.

any cert. place can replace parts and ford can't do a thing about it

You might wanna see if Shaners replies... I think his id is Shaners90lxhatch or something like that. I don't know if he works at a dealership but he knows just about everything that has to do with dealer questions...

I WORK AT A DEALERSHIP, ASSISTANT SERVICE MNGR. FORD WILL ONLY WARRANTY FORD PARTS. PARTS THAT ARE INSTALLED ELSEWHERE ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY,
