2 different animals. First you need to decide between a twin screw or centrif. type s/c and then compare brands. Pros and cons to each depending on your app......

First decide if you want street or strip. But looking at them the torque curve from the Kenne Bell is awesome

votech is less....makes great power... 435 RWHP @ 6350... nice and easy when cruising... ripping when you want power.....
H.O version can be had for 4700-4800 area and install is around 14 hrs...so add $1000 - 1400 depending on your area... and if you do that get a dyno tune.. maybe another 200-300...

have mine about a month... LOVE IT!!!

IMO procharger is the way to go, KB is good, but like someone else saidyourdeciding between to totaly diffrent superchargers twin screw, centrif..
