Default Does anyone know about a taillight conversion?

Ive seen a picture of a new mustang with a taillight conversion. It was just like the 1967 shelby taillights but on the new mustangs.

I saw one of those too but thought it didn't look right. The old style Shelby lights are too narrow for the S-197 back end. Some major mods would have to be done to the trunk to make that work too. -Joe

I check, and they came only part of the whole body kit. I too was looking to change them. They're from www.thalondesign.com/. It's an awesome car!

I think the artist's rendition on the visualization looks great! The actual pictures on that green car don't look as good. -Joe

+1 the concept renderings look great but the actual car is lacking. The one I really liked was the Kenny Brown mustang, didn't do the taillights but the rest of the back half looks awesome ;D

Matt, that's AWESOME! I've never seen that one and the fastback is GREAT! When Ford first came out with the S-197 in 2005 I saw how the fastback went down quicker like in 1965 so I was hoping that in 2007 it would be this style with the long fastback like in 1967 but no such luck. My first car was a 67 GT-A and loved it! -Joe
