Okay, so I am driving home from school, andthis mother f--ker pulls up next to me in practically stop and go traffic and revs. Its quite apparent that he is trying to impress his buddy. I look at him and laugh, and he keeps staring. What an idiot!!! I wanted to ask him,"how much you pay for that thing?" It wasn't the newest gen, but the last gen, I think 02 or somethin? I know those cars are in a different league than us since they are in a significantly higher price bracket.

Just thought I would share.
How would you all react?

I went past a relatively new vette waiting to pull out of a side street last week. I knew he was going to end up starting sh*t when he pulled up behind me at a light. There were two lanes turning left. I'm first in the left most lane and another car was next to me going left. I just pulled away normally but faster than the other car which allowed the vette driver to pull around the right of me at which point he blew away. I wasn't going to mess with himbut he started it. I looked at my wife and said, "okay that's it, I gotta take him on." It was a question of pride and I wanted to see just how our cars compared. Wouldn't you know we come upon the next set of lights and I pulled right up next to him with open lanes ahead. This time I was totally prepared. I blew off the line like we were at a dragstrip and he did the same. My car was fishtailing slightly side to side but fully controlled with wheels spinning. When I hit second I started to BLOW BY HIM!When I hit third gear I was half a car length ahead and he quickly backed off because he knew he was looking bad! I think I surprised the crap out of him and gave him a new found respect for stangs. We came up to the next set of lights side by side and I looked over at him to ask what year and model he had but he just stared straight ahead. He wouldn't even look over because his ego was squashed. I'll never know what he was driving but it wasn't an older model. I'm only making 300 rwhp but the 4.10 gears really helped. It sure made my day and my wife's too LOL.

because he's such a moron.... any real vette driver should know that pulling next to a stang is a waste, which makes him a complete douchebag. Plus, it kinda seemed as if he was trying to hit on me...

No, I've got her trained pretty good. Her days of reaching for the brake in the passenger seat are long over LMAO. She's thetype that can never get out the door for anything ontime so I get to make up for it by flying.

wow, i with the wife a few days ago and get surrounded by three spit and glue ricers with tennis can mufflers. had to keep looking straight ahead, didn't even want to let on that i may (at other times) engage those types. really wanted to wipe em too, were going about 65, would have been perfect for a 3rd gear rev and pop, slam into 4th and they wouldve been looking at tri tail lights. i didnt want to start a war with wifey tho. she wouldve freaked

LMAO. One of my brighter days was when I first got my car back after the new motor and all, and happened to come along a newer vet 05 I believe...and well...lol the look on his face was priceless when it sank in that he just got walked by a stang lol.

BTW...when I'm with my wife...and she sees a fast car...she looks at me and smiles and says go get em haha.
