Default Granatelli CAI dead spot

I have an 07 gt, the granatelli CAI,no other mods. I have a real flat spot around 2000-2500 rpm. I contacted Granatelli and they told me they changed tunes a while ago and if that was my problem the car wouldnt run. But I can send the jumper back in and he will look at it. Before I do this, I was wondering if anyone else with the cai has this problem.
