Hooker Fight
I got the LT Hookers for my 06 GT and have been fighting with them all morning. No room for wrenches, a stack of swivels, extensions, and a beautiful set of busted up knuckles, I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday!!!
I got the Hooker longtubes also.
You need diff attaching bolts if you want it to be easy.
Take a look at my post on this thread.

Thanks spdbrake, lots of good info on that other post. I don't know what someone would charge to put them on, I just don't feel like giving anyone else money when I already make healthy donations to Summit. I feel that these cars are more personal when you do the work, save gears, cam, technical stuff. I am throwing on the Hookers, Summit X pipe (minus cats), the new BBK 62mm, and a tune (as soon as the weather is good). With all the other mods I hope to put down some respectable #'s
Thats the attitude...
The blood and sweat is what it's about.
Makes it personalized.
I forgot this earlier: You will find that the H or X pipe center to center distance will be slightly off (1/2" 3/4") and this not uncommon for any longtube intall. Simply wrap a ratcheting tiedown (1" wide type from Walmart) around the H/X pipe or Header collectors (whichever is wider) and pull them in to match.
Makes installing the X/H pipes a breeze.
