I voted deal, but it totally depends on condition and options.
I did a quickie Edmunds pricing on it and it came up as dealer price of $23k. Of course I don't know what options it has, but the mileage is high and was good for $800 off dealer retail.

If you're financing, you may end up paying about the same monthly for a new one since loan institutions generally give better (lower) interest rates on new cars than used.

Did you read that it wasa Fleet Car? I mean I'm not gonna bash or anything, but whenever I had a fleet car, or a rental, that meant abuse it more than you would your own... JMO...
