Default Into the 12's with just a few bolt ons

This is a good article on the 05-07 GT hitting 12's with the only power mod being an intake and a tune. The red GT has stock 3:55 gears pulling the front wheels off the ground. It is an amazing article. For those who havent read it here it is...

I read the article, it never mentioned the stick have 4.10s did it? I know it said the auto did, but that 12.5 would drop a bit with 4.10s in the manual.

I would be a little worried with the stick car and slicks. I can just picture the clutch flying up thru the bell housing or something breaking with that combo.

I was thinking about taking the sway bar crap off and buying that red bar. $169. Will it hurt my everyday dring? I dont attack corners, but I dont want it to be like driving a house boat either.....what is your input?
