Default New short block.....

with forged internals. Anyone knwo of any place else i can check out. I looked at Livernois, Sean Hyland, and some local shops any one else know where to look?? I just wnat to look at all my options before i commit.

Im not too fond of Blowby... but thats just me. Heard too many horror stories. Id stick with Sean Hyland or Livernois, unless you can find a good local shop to build you one. You know... I havent seen anyone switch out for a 4v yet.. why not? Arent the 4v supposed to be alot better than our 3v?

I would say SHM or VT Engines. I have had good dealings with both in the past.

I hear the other way around from the local shops. They say the three valve heads flow better and are designed better for handling boost.

From what I have heard Livernois is the only company that has 3v mustang engine specific pistons. The others have the generic ones for the 3v's I have heard. Also livernois has a couple of cars pulling 700+ hp for a while now.
