Well i have just got my LCA and UCA from spohn and i saw that the directions didnt have the torque specs for the LCA's so i call them and the person on the line says that he does not know them. well if you ask me if you sell a product you should be able to tell me the torque specs to them other wise dont sell anything at all. In their defense there are a lot of car's and model's that they sell parts for so to know the torque spec off the top of his head could be difficult but he could have looked into it for you. Ibelieve the stock spec is 129lbs.

I have BMR lower control arms and my directions say to torque the bolts to 75ft/lbs. (I hope this will help)

I called BMR and asked them what the torque specs are and they told me 130ft/lbs. I told
them my instructions say 75ft/lbs they told me that it was a typing error and that it is 130ft/lbs.
