Default Damaged TPMS Sensor?

I had a flat tire last weekend.
They fixed it up today and i put it back on,
but it keeps tellin me "low tire pressure" what can i do to fix this?
is my sensor damaged?

When i had a flat i drove about 2 miles with it to my house
could this have caused the damage?

probably broke the sensor driving on it. it's on a metal band that straps around the center of the wheel. hm, what to do??? you may have to take it to the dealer to have it tested to see if the sensor's broken or needs reset. make sure the tire's got enough air in it. on the other hand it may take a while for the sensor to be reset after the tire failure. somebody else chime in here!!!

On the v6 loaner Ford provided me, one of the tires went low on air and the sensor light came on. I filled it back up and it only took a few miles before the light went back out if I remember correctly. If it stays on, there might be a problem with the sensor.

You drove 2 miles on a flat tire and they "fixed it up"???? The inner liner and/or theside wallshould have been toast, meaning the tireshould have been replaced. Did they take the tire off rim to repair? If so, the sensor may have be damaged during remove and reinstalling tire if care is not taken.
