NEW BEST TIME! 13.50 @ 105.7.........on a Gtech
went over my friend's neighboor's house (has an 03 Viper and an 07 G35 S) to check out the viper, went for a ride in the viper(VIDS COMING SOON) then went for a ride in my car, he brought along his Gtech pro (i think thats the brand it was, might have been a beltronics or something like that) and went for a 1/4 best. (it was me, him @ 175 pounds, and his son @ 90 pounds, so some extra weight). actually was able to pull off a halfway decent run; heres what the meter said:
60' 2.08s
0-60 5.05s
1/4 mile time: 13.50 @ 105.7.
conditions were ideal. 75 ish degree weather, not toooo humid, no real wind to speak of.
what do u think?

uhmmmm I only know they have 3 sensors inside, don't know the details of it

They are real accurate!There's a video on the net of the guy using it in a ricer.He ran a 14.23 at the track and the Gteck was the same!The guy admits that they are not always this accurate but always within a tenth!BTW,,GREAT JOB Americanmuscle on those times!I told you the car would pull 13.40s-13.50s!

are you stock? if so, then that's DAMN good! i ran a 13.4 100% stock :-) these cars are monsters straight from the factory!!!
did you remember to lower the psi in the rears and raise the psi in the front? did you dump the clutch or feather it?

I'm curious what it would read if you had a lot of tire spin in 1st, 2nd? It doesn't know the tires are spinning right? So it thinks you are moving forward. At any rate they are way overpriced IMHO. I'd rather pay $20 and go to the track, where I can't get a ticket.

I take it back about the price. The Gtechs seem cheap for the 2004 model atleast. I must be thinking about something else.
