Default ZEX Nitrous 1/4 mile update !!!!!!

Ok, 1st of all I know there are guys here running 12's and low 13's with basically stock cars. Congrats ! I'm no pro just like to have fun at the track every blue moon, so dont dog my times, just letting you know the dif. before and after N2O. I have stock Pirelli's on 17" and my launching sucks ! haaahaaaaa....

Before N2O my best was 13.6 @ 103mph Temp. 70 degrees low, low humidity 60" always crappy 2.1 - 2.3 Boooooo....

Yesterday hitting N2O from 2nd gear on, 13.2 @ 110mph 95 degree weather just rained so humidity was 900% haaahaaa 60" was awful like always 2.1-2.4. The thing is look at the mph !!!! Yes ! Everybody there was talking how slow they were running yesterday do to the weather.
Oh, there was another GT '06 I believe CAI/TUNE/UDP/catted X-Pipe running 13.7's all night long.
Well I ran 6 times:

Kills ( fun factor )

1. Roush Stage 3 13.9sec
2. Older M3 14.8sec
3. New GTO 13.8 (that was his best all night) haaaaaaaahaaaaaaaa
4. Nissan Sentra 16.8sec. (they just lined us up, dont ask. heeeheee)
5. Modded MACH 1 with Drag Radials 13.7sec constant times...
6. Chevy SUV SS never seen one before 14.7 sec.
( lucky me I beat all my opponents on every run ) Yes !!!!!!

There were R/T's running anywhere from 13.2 to 13.7 depending on mods. one GTO with Radials hit 13.1 and Vettes were low 13's. So considering everybody's times, I'm very happy with my times.

++++++++ for 75hp shot for ZEX Nitrous. Go ahead and get it if you are thinking about it.

Cyber, as soon as I stop spinning in 1st, I activate the on/off switch ( cigarette lighter above radio ) I'm already at WOT so as soon as I arm the system, its spraying. Some runs I would spin too much in 2nd gear so what I tried was as soon as I shift into 2nd, I would activate. This is prob. better since the 2nd gear spin was too much....
P.S. how in the hell u run 12.77? man, Im jealous

Ok, I run CAI / TUNE one step colder plugs. I run regular brenspeed 89 octane tune with 93 octane gas. This combo with the plugs works great for the 75 shot since ZEX states is safe for stock veh. I'm running extra safe. Brent from Brenspeed suggested I ran 89 tune with 93 gas. As far as being more safe, I only hit nitrous above 3,000rpm's, so in 1st gear after I launch, I'm way over 3,000rpm's and with your tires you should be fine hitting it in 1st. half way 1st that is.

bump it to the 100 shot. I was runnning my 89 tune with 91 gas. if you have 93 gas it will be even better and just spray in second. I try to go for a good launch in first. feather the clutch then romp on it. 100 shot is a whole lot more fun. Im on the 125 now, and its a nice bump too.
