Default Anyone else have problems with Steeda elbow?

I found this when I looked under the hood this morning. It appears that the weakest part of the plastic collapsed where the elbow meets the throttle body. Has anyone else have this happen who has one? I'll be sending it back because it is just about a month old.

My elbow is also black. How did you know it was bent by looking? This is hidden under the rubber connector and clamp right?

I could see it as it was installed on the car. It was right where the plastic met the blue tube. I don't think that I overtightened it. You can see in the first picture that it bend where the plastic was the thinnest. I don't think that this would have happened if it was the same thickness all around. Maybe the black ones are an updated version.
