Not everyone has the money for a supercharger.... let alone a supercharger and built bottom end. You will be fine with the bottom end as long as you arent trying to obtain over 500RWHP. I would not risk anything over that.... if you do.... then keep saving and build it up before you do it. Otherwise you will probably be building a lot more of it sooner or later anyways.

If you can do both s/c and internals.... both $$ and time off the road... most definately do both... you'll never worry about running to 6800 or bringing up the boost! once your internals are set up you can easily run high boost 11+ and make mad crazy power.... 500-600 RWHP.....if I had it to do overagain...I'd have probably gone that route to begin with.

well, if I am not mistaken you are getting the great deal from KB right...so I would invest that extra cash into the bottom end just for your piece of mind...but no I am stock bottom end with my current numbers. Will probably change out Drive shaft and TC before going new fuel pump and smaller pulley to ge to 450-475 rwhp...my tranny will be reinforced first before I venture onto the bottom end....IMO....

A forged rotating assembly is cheaper than a built shortblock so go for the s/c and the built bottom end.

Dude..did FordFanBoy get you the hook up on the KB for the emissions testing? if you your crazy IMHO if you dont get the bottom end forged... you'll have the ablitly to make a SICK *** stang!!! your saving 7K on the S/C... invest some cash in your internals.....
