Default need HELP fast..

Well I had a total brain fart today and I put 87 octane gas in my car. I'm running the Diablo C&L 91 tune right now. How could I modify it to run off of 87 octane?

Should I not worry and justput some 91 in when I get down to 3/4 of a tank?or go put some 100 octane racing fuel when I get down to 3/4 of a tank? or just buy some octane booster?

You can just modify the tune by backing off 4degrees global timing and after you get a full tank of 91 back go back to the original tune.

either:
a) load a 87 octane tune
b) return the car to stock air intake and tune
c) do not run the car until you get an 87 octane
tune from your tuner dealer

do not run the car until you change the tune

bu,ping the timing back -4 won't be enough. ^^^do not drive the car. I made this mistake with my old sixer and I got some serious detonation. The engine was fine in the long run but either get some octane booster or the tune, or return to stock, but don't drive the car to get the octane booster if at all possible.

Ok I just got the octane booster (my friend let me borrow his car). I'm going to put the whole thing in my tank, then drive over to the gas station and fill up with 100 octane. I have 3/4 of a tank right now. Do you guys think that will be alright?

wait, you have 100 octane? I wanna go there!
It will cause serious problems. He said he has the factory intake and tune, reinstalling both might suffice until your next fill-up.

But im no expert, but common sense tells me thats the only way.
