I think I'm gonna go with the LPW, and a 1/2" stud kit I saw on thier site I think will work with the cover. About time to order my gears as well going with Tillman Speed 3.73's with 3 qts RP and an install kit for $275 shipped. I missed out on thier sale but still thats not a bad deal, gotta give them a call on thursday

I have the LPW on my car. No need for relocation of bar.

Here is TA's response

"The M-4033-G2 is Ford newest cover we do for them. It is lower than the other number which should work best on your 2006 Mustang GT. More clearance."

So basically they don't make their own for the 2005+ mustangs. I guess that makes sense.

got my girdle from suttonhp...just under 200 shipped....gears with be going in next week hopefully!
Make sure they don't break your load bolts! No more than 5-10 ft lbs of torque once they contact the caps.
Very cool. I just got my 4.10's and FRPP axle girdle installed by them about a month ago and couldn't be happier. The 4.10's just change this car!!!

I'd believe the first one. Surely there is a difference between the frpp G1 and G2 girdles, allthough it's probably only a 1/4 inch more clearance. She was probably refering to the G1 girdle. Any Girdle for a ford 8.8 will work, you just might have to relocate your panhard bar with some.
