Some advice for you man...go out on a secluded backroad, and practice launching on your street tires between 2250 and 3250 rpms. you want to not bog, but not light em up either, a happy medium on the road, and add 250-500rpms for the track...and try the road rpms too...
then its all about feel, but dont worry, its not the hardest thing to do....
Look at the #8 plug on a LS1...now thats hard

who? im confused? If youre talking to me, nope, I have no third gear syncro, and cannot get into third at more than half throttle...gotta go find a tranny shop to fix it, put my clutch and flywheel in, and then ill hit the track

I did a 13.5 in my stock saleen on 20's at sea level, I'd expect a very good track driver could get 13.5-13.7 but on average it will be in the 13.7 and up range.

Cant make the track this week[:@]I'm a full time Volvo tech and all the stinkin soccer moms overflowed this week. Gotta work late all week. Great for the paycheck, bad for the screw off time.

Cool I know exact where the honda shop is, I was in there a couple of weeks ago. I am over near Watt and Arden.
