I run SLP Loudmouths, so pretty much. Never had a problem in my old neighborhood. Just moved, though....my new neighbors DEFINITELY don't like me. The way I see it, though, is that they get a free concert every time I start my car. I should charge them to hear the wonderful sound of my exhaust.

I had longtubes with an offroad h pipe and slp loudmouths and it was definately loud but it was choppy, and it didn't really have any muscle car rumble. So I ended up switching out the loudmouths for a set of magnaflows, I also know borla sounds good with longtubes and an offroad pipe. I wouldn't recommend the straight pipes though.

SLP's here too. The only time they may get mad is when you first fire her up in the morning. IT'S LOUD.

I put on slp loudmouths. It was loud but sounded great. I later added an off road x pipe which made the exhaust basically like running straight pipes. It was way too loud and very choppy. To me it destroyed the tone. I took the x pipe off and went back to the factorycats and h pipe.

I did have straight pipes for a while, my neighbors hated it, cops hated it, and I hated it. Not a good idea IMO

straight pipes = no cats, no mufflers, no crossover

do you mean just removing the mufflers?

Yep, it happened when I installed the 3" headers, for a while all I had was 2 independent pipes, no cats, or muffles, or x or H pipe. I felt embarrased just to drive around, did I mentioned it was ridiculously loud?

Well, I have no cats + flo's and I'm pretty sure that my neighbors hate ME. As soon as they all get rid of their 7:30am lawnmowing routines, barking dogs, harleys, and crying children playing out in the road, I'll consider toning it down a bit. Actually, I'm waiting for an official complaint so I can get some longtubes[8D]
