Default FAILED INSPECTION!?!?!?! HELP!!

i just picked my mustang up from the dealership and i was told that my emissions and state inspections test have both failed. they failed due to a code on the computer.the code was: P1000
they do not know what it is. how does a dealership not know what it is? they told me to do a "drive cycle test." which means i have to drive my car 100-150 miles then return it for further testing. the dealership said that sometimes the computer clears itself but i dont know.
i am totally clueless. so is my father who works for a dealership in AR.
i have a 2005 GT Flowmaster axle-back C&L CAI w/ Brenspeed 93 octane tune
my only thought is maybe an O2 sensor or the new intake

does anyone know what the code: P1000 is? please help!!

Your Brenspeed tune has the rear 02 sensors turned off, just go into the SCT tuner change to "rear 02 sensors on", drive for at least 50 miles, and then you'll pass the emmissions test.

They just turn them off so if you add a o/r midpipe you dont have to change anything. The sensors dont do anything really that is needed, cept for inspections.....on a bad side note, you can not turn off the 02s yourself with the Xcal2, you have to have brenspeed send a new tune for you.

Personally is that really harmful to the air? I live in South Carolina and we don't get tested. Does this mean I earn more horsepower than tunes that don't have it turned off?

No this has nothing to do with HP....its just a sensor that is measering the A/F @ the cats.....the front 02s do measurements that are critical to the car though.

Because they are turned off does it mean that my car isn't legal as far as clean air standards?

Dude do I need the Denny's drive shaft? Is there extra parts that are required to make the installation complete?

get the spyder shaft, cheaper and seems to cause the least amont of problems.

As for the 02 being legal.....if you have cats you are legal in all 50 states, with an o/r pipe you are not legal in all states, especially those with emissions testing
