Should I be dissappointed? DYNO RUN
Just got my car dyno tested today. I saw that stock Manuals make about 260 to the rear wheels, couldn't find a number for auto's but I only got 276RWHP and 275RWTQ with my mods. Is this low for what I've got? If I figure 240 baseline +25 CAI+Tune and +15 Full exhaust that seems about right but do manuals really have 26 more hp stock?

The numbers seem slightly low, but not bad. May be the particular dyno or maybe your tune. When you say "full exhaust" do you mean mid pipe and axle back or did you replace your manifolds with headers? Looks like across the board, mid-pipes and axle back are worth only about 10rwhp. Long tube headers are where you see the big improvement.
Also, are you using the canned tune that came with your CAI? A custom tune would definitaly be an improvement over the canned tunes that come with most tuners. Also, one thing you should look at is a good set of under drive pulleys. They are worth another 10 horses.
The big difference between autos and manuals is in all the extra crap that goes into making a streetable auto tranny work. They just rob more power and there`s not really any way around it. A great way to get some of that back would be a good aluminum or carbon fiber one piece drive shaft. I was really suprised that Ford put so much thought into improving the new Mustang and then dumbed it down with the big, heavy clunker of a two piece drive shaft. It`s just a bad design all around.
