Default car bogging down/out

So i've had some problems with the car bogging down at a stop light every once in a while, but have delt with it. But today, I filled up gas at delta sonic (which could be the problem) Im backing into a parking spot up hill a little bit. The car stalls out twice, and I had the clutch in way past where it should have been to stall....so I just thought I did some crappy driving.

An hour or so later, I was cruising in 5th gear and pulled it into neurtal to come to a very slow stop. The engine sounded funny when I pulled it out of gear, I look down and the RPM guage is sitting on the line at ZERO, check engine light and oil light come on, I turn down the music and the car is off.

So I coast to a stop at the red light, start it up, it stalls out and dies again, start it up, giving it a little gas to keep the damn thing running... drove it home, and here I am.

HELP!!???
No idea what is going on. Could it be the "cheap" gas ???
any and all feedback would be awesome!!

thanks

First, reset your computer. Pull the - terminal off the battery.

If that doesn't work, dump the fuel, or filter, or even take it to a shop to see if the fuel pump is working.

Hope this helps.

Doubt it is the fuel, but they could have put diesel in for all you know....

also consider the throttle body, as a possible
suspect

well I couldnt get the damn battery terminal off, so i went into the fuse box inside the car and unplugged the big black box which usually re-sets the computer.... How would I check the TB?

ask someone to see if the butterfly valves in the tb move when you give it throttle (take off intake connection)

Sounds exactly like the T.B issue.Manual open the butterflies and clean the gunk out behind them.Had the same
problem and that was the fix!Throttle body cleaner and a rag.

Mine seemed to vary RPM, especially with the AC on Max...This is what mine looked like with only 15K on the dial.....
