JDM has this to say about pulley size.
3.00 = 13.5 psi
3.20 = 11.5 psi
3.40 = 9.5 psi
3.60 = 7.5 psi
3.80 = 5.5 psi
The stock Saleen supercharger is equipped with a 4.00 inch pulley and produces 3.5psi

For example, on my car, with the 3.6" pulley, it makes the correct 7.5 psi at 6000 rpm, and 8psi at 6250 rpm. I list 8 psi in my sig b/c JDM does have my shift points set at 6250. I'm sure it would make 8.5psi at around 6600 rpm, but it might make BOOM too, so we'll not go there.

RE: Saleen Blower
I am running the Saleen SC with the 475hp upgrade kit, steeda intake, 3.8 pulley, colder plugs, ford dual fuel system and a new clutch/flywheel. Their kit is very close to what I am running and a little cheaper, BUT if that kit is only making 500hp with a 3.4pulley to the crank that is a VERY conservative tune and you will probably end up getting a new tune, also the boost-a-pump may not and I mean may not be able to meet your fuel pressure requirements with that pulley. If I were you I wouldask a few more questions before I jumped on that deal, not that it is bad, but it is a little short in a couple of areas, and you most likely will be getting a new tune. Trust me I have had my SC installed for 6 weeks and have had it tuned and dyno'd twice and its not cheap.
